Frank is a devoted marksman dedicated to growing experienced, accessible education to our community about both gun ownership and target shooting. My goal is to use my skills in project management as well as my knowledge in safe range practices to assist the WCGBA in the development of an archery and shooting range for Pagosa Springs and to further our communities interest in the art of target and defensive shooting skills.

Frank has lived in Pagosa Springs for 10 years and is working towards being a firearms instructor and gunsmith. He is interested in utilizing his experience to help the board develop connections with our community, young and old, experienced or curious.
