David Duquemin

Dave Duquemin schooled in West Germany, joined the US Air Force where he spent 7 years as a KC-135 tanker pilot.  Dave joined American Airlines and retired after 34 years, flying the B-727, B-737, B-757, B-767, Fokker 100, MD-80, A-319, A-320, and A-321.

Dave went to school for Certified Financial Planning, NRA instructor, PADI dive instructor, and earned an MBA at Gonzaga University.  Dave also volunteered for the Boy Scouts and for many years for his airline union the Allied Pilots Association where he served as a board of director.  He was instrumental in creating a federal credit union for his union members.  He served on the board for many years as well.

Dave and his wife Sharon moved to Pagosa Springs after he retired from the airlines to enjoy the small-town atmosphere, the woods, the mountains, skiing, and the dark sky.

Dave is currently occupying his time by building a small airplane to get back into flying.
