Chris Boyd is a retired thirty-year law enforcement veteran from San Diego County. He was an FBI-certified firearms instructor for 26 years, and was his agency’s head rangemaster for five years. Chris was involved in the design of a multi-million-dollar firearms training facility that is utilized by several agencies in Southern California.

Chris and his wife, Julie, have owned property in Pagosa Springs since 1995. They live in Pagosa Springs 6+ months of the year. The only improvement in Pagosa Country they’d like to see is a dedicated range facility.

Chris previously held a federal firearms license for six years and is a gun collector. He is passionate about firearms safety and looks forward to a range facility being built in Pagosa that will allow safe and environmentally-friendly firearms practice and training.

Chris is currently serving as the Vice-President.
